Decorative Finishes

Lamination - Matt, Gloss or Silk, adds protection to paper and boards for less

marking and increased visual appearance.

Spot UV Varnish - Gloss or Matt, highlights areas such as pictures/logos to

stand out on the page, works better on darker colours.

Hot Foil Blocking - Various colours (Silver/Gold most popular but others

available), adds highly reflective foil to certain areas.

Embossing - Blind the image is pushed out from the back of the board

- Normal the image is pushed down into the board.

Die cutting - Used to create shapes on of the paper, also used to create folders

with glued pockets.

Rub Remove Latex - Silver latex used to cover information, can be scratched

off as per scratch cards.
